The solution covers flexible production line design, focusing on the flexible configuration of long lines and multiple loading/unloading machines, aiming to achieve efficient and versatile production capacity; intelligent work dispatch strategies, carefully formulating work dispatch plans under normal and abnormal conditions based on product process characteristics, line structure layout, and diverse production scenario needs to ensure continuous smooth production processes; and a centralized data and recipe management system, which centrally manages basic data to achieve automatic recipe generation and dynamically adjusts batch recipes based on real-time equipment operating parameters and product quality inspection results, thereby significantly improving production efficiency and product quality.
Additionally, the project incorporates FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) to prevent and analyze potential production anomalies in advance, effectively reducing risks in the production process. Through closed-loop quality management, unqualified failures and FMEA anomaly analyses are incorporated into an experience database to promptly correct true risk defects, ensuring continuous improvement in product quality.
