CPCA Standardization Work Annual Conference Glorysoft Participates in a New Chapter of Industry Standards
On December 20, 2024, the annual conference of the Standardization Committee and the Science and Technology Committee of the China Printed Circuit Association (CPCA) was held grandly in Yancheng, Jiangsu. This conference not only gathered numerous leaders, representatives of enterprises, and experts and scholars in the industry but also witnessed an important milestone in the formulation of communication protocol semantics specifications in the PCB industry.
As a leader in the industry, Glorysoft, together with companies such as Han's Laser, Shennan Circuits, Founder Technology, Nanjing Pinwei, Zhengye Technology, and others with rich experience in the development and design of PCB intelligent production systems and the formulation of communication protocols, comprehensive equipment enterprises, and outstanding PCB processing enterprises, jointly participated in the drafting and formulation of the "Communication Protocol Semantics Specification for Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing Equipment" as early as 2020. This specification aims to address the challenges of immediate interconnectivity between equipment and the lack of unified communication standards during the transformation of PCB production lines into smart factories. After extensive efforts and in-depth discussions, the specification was officially voted on and released on November 15, 2022, providing a reliable reference standard for equipment communication in the PCB industry.

The formulation of this standard is mainly used to unify the communication specifications between various production equipment in the PCB manufacturing industry and between production equipment and control equipment. It aims to enhance the level of intelligence in the PCB manufacturing industry, establish automated communication standard protocols with high flexibility and efficiency; at the same time, integrate all links including equipment suppliers, software suppliers, and factory production, thereby rapidly integrating workshop manufacturing equipment, building a "neural network" in the production workshop, and achieving efficient development that is standardized and intelligent.
During the process of formulating the specifications, Glorysoft fully leveraged its deep accumulation and rich experience in the PCB field, incorporating advanced concepts and technologies into the specifications. This has laid a solid foundation for the intelligent and standardized progress of the PCB industry. Glorysoft has successfully applied these high standards to more than 30 top customers in the industry, including Sunline, Ultrasonic, Suntech, Guanghe, and Jiekai, in over 110 projects. Through the practice of leading PCB enterprises, the advancement and practicality of Glorysoft's "Communication Protocol Semantics Specification for Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing Equipment" have been fully verified.

In the afternoon of January 3, 2025, the Second Member Conference of the Fifth Session and the Second Council and Supervisory Board Meeting of the Shanghai Printed Circuit Association were successfully held.
